Today I had an appointment with career services to review my resume. It is starting to dawn on me that Hackbright is ending tomorrow. The review went well and I received very helpful feedback.
Meetups galore
One of the great things about being in San Francisco is that there are meetups of all varieties related to tech. The key is figuring out which of these are helpful and/or useful versus those that are not.
Tonight I went to a meet up with a friend from Hackbright that was billed as tech meetup. However, everyone we spoke to was in marketing, and not necessarily tech marketing. We did get to see a new VR app that a company had developed. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
